Among the documents required for submitting applications for the different transactions of the NLIS you will find land forms. These documents are to be completed, in most cases, by the applicant and can be found at the MZO or on the official Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development site.

Other necessary forms are those related to physical planning and these can also be found at the MZO or on the MLHUD site.
